Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. After quitting her gymnastics career Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. In 2017, she was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the youngest IFBB Pro. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her university education. In 2015 was a continuation of her earlier efforts. In the past, she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for several years after her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. She also won four fitness titles by the end of 2009. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she won the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and was crowned 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th within the fitness division even though she not having any expectations. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel's favorite body part to train is her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. as well as seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings for all her back exercises. It involves three or 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
